Thank you for shopping with Prehistoric, Inc.! We are committed to providing a smooth and efficient shopping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details about how we handle your order.

Order Processing

Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification within 2 business days letting you know that your order is on its way!

Flat Rate Shipping

• Orders are typically shipped within 1 business day.
• Note: We currently do not offer shipping outside of the USA.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• For simple flat rate shipping: We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50.

We also offer free shipping on orders over $75 (subject to certain terms).

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund for the full order amount, minus return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued when applicable.
• If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at merch@prehistoricinc.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address such cases individually and will work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
